Pack Your Gear
Place the product in its original retail packaging, ensuring all mounts, charging cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.
Refund Processing
Once our technical team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
